Shipping policy

If you have a VERY large order, it's best to call or contact us through our Contact page. We want to choose the most appropriate Shipping Method based on the Size, Destination and the Fragility of your Order(s). We also offer BULK pricing as well (when we can).

Your products may arrive in staggered shipments from any delivery method based on our warehouse locations from which those products will originate which could be: OH, KY, CA and sometimes China. You can expect tracking numbers and your shipment arrival to be from 2 days to 10 days depending on your location and the origination of your shipment.

Methods may include: UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx or Freight.

Will-Call is available by scheduling your order for Pick-Up from our Bellville, OH store front, our Mansfield, OH Warehouse or even TCP's Warehouse HQ in Aurora, OH. Due to having several affiliate warehouses, calling first is important to make sure Bellville, OH has your order in stock, or if it is coming from an affiliate warehouse. 

Large Shipment Methods for Athletic Fields and Race Tracks could also include: Land, Air, Rail and *Sea.

*If your order is large enough that it must come Factory Direct by sea, we will contact you with all of the necessary requirements. This usually applies to schools, stadiums, universities and other extremely large facilities.
